About Me
Hi! I'm Tony Arnold, a 28 year old chap (give or take a few months) from Newcastle, Australia. By day, I program all manner of webbery in a senior manner for a University. By night, I moonlight as a Cocoa developer and general mac aficionado.
The photo to the left was taken at a restaurant in a little Croatian town called "Trogir" in November 2007. Sunny day and great food courtesy of Croatia, smile courtesy of me.
Other Pursuits
-
Hyperspaces: my first commercial software endeavour. Can you feel the anticipation?
- boomBalada! Productions: I generally operate my business and paid work out of boomBalada. I'm not really sure why. Anyhow, we're available for web and mac development work.
- The Cocoabots: An as yet vaporwaretastic mac software company I'm working on with a couple of friends.
- The University of Newcastle, Australia: This is where I get all my gold from. Think of it like a dwarven gold mine from that game with the worlds and the warcraft. Only stuffier. And more focused on educating people. And less on getting together and living out your nerd-fueled fantasies about elves.
My Site
My site runs Symphony - a fantastic web-site solution which breathes XML and XSLT (two of my favourite languages).
Contact Form Notes
- I'd prefer you use the contact form rather than e-mail me directly, as there's always a chance your messages will be picked up as spam.
- I make no guarantees about responses unless they involve money, threats against small children/animals, or the 2007 Transformers movie.
- I like turtles too.
